Sandra's journey into coaching originated from a deeply personal place—witnessing her own family struggle with severe insomnia. Night after night, her husband would pace the hallways and watch television until the early morning hours, while our son faced similar challenges. This situation filled Sandra with concern to the extent that her own sleep became disrupted.
Determined to find solutions, Sandra embarked on a transformative journey that led her to Ed J.C. Smith, a renowned expert in the field. After enrolling in a six-month program under his guidance, she diligently applied everything she learned. The results were profound. Sandra not only managed to help her husband achieve up to eight hours of sleep per night, but she also made significant progress with her son.
Realizing the impact of her efforts, Sandra decided to embrace this as her calling. She now dedicates herself to helping individuals overcome insomnia, focusing on natural methods without the need for medication. Her coaching is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves restful sleep, and she is committed to helping her clients achieve this essential wellbeing goal.
